Healthy Kids Day® is a free “summer kick-off” event consisting of live music, games, fun run, healthy snacks, crafts, and educational activities for families. Local organizations may promote various summer programs/activities perfect for kids so that they can remain active throughout the summertime.

Let the community know what you can offer families! Help us promote a healthy body, minds, and community! It's a blast! Attendance at the event ranges from 200-500 attendees.

Location: Field between Cassell Coliseum and the YMCA Lancaster House at 403 Washington St. SW, Blacksburg

Payment provides your business or nonprofit organization with one booth space at the YMCA at Virginia Tech's Healthy Kids Day Event.

PLEASE NOTE

• All booth spaces will be 10ft x 10ft
• There will be no electricity available and we do not allow generators
• Participant provides tent, tables, and all required equipment
• All tents must be secured with appropriate tent weights
• In keeping with our sustainability initiatives, we do not allow helium balloons or Styrofoam products. We encourage use of recycled/upcycled materials.
