Transportation must be provided to and from the Y Center by a parent/guardian or an authorized pickup.

Important notes:

1) Families in need of assistance paying for enrollment in the summer program may qualify for the Virginia Child Care Subsidy Program. Please contact Montgomery County Department of Social Services at (540) 382-6990 or visit www.commonhelp.virginia.gov/access. Eligibility for the Child Care Subsidy Program depends on multiple factors including but not limited to household size and monthly income.

2) Our summer program is licensed by the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE). VDOE requires us to acquire immunization records, physical examination records, and confirmation that we viewed a birth certificate for each child before they may participate in the program. Copies of these records should be obtainable at your elementary school.
